How we quote

What changes the price

The listed number is a starting visit rate for a typical 2–3 bedroom Darien Center home, reasonably kept, during weekday hours. It is not hourly. The callback confirms the actual visit price.

  1. 01

    Size of the house

Bedrooms, bathrooms, and finished square footage set the floor. A ranch on Alleghany Road is not a two-story with a rec room. Extra baths move the number faster than extra living rooms.

  2. 02

How long since the last clean

A first visit or a house that has sat all winter costs more than a home we already maintain. Recurring weekly or biweekly visits are the lowest per-visit rate because we are not rediscovering the house each time.

  3. 03

    People, pets, and mud

Kids, dogs, barn traffic, wood heat, and park-season guests add time. Salt and mud season hits entries hard. We price the load we will actually see, not a showroom.

  4. 04

    What you add on

Eco products, pet and allergy, winter entries, and a slower senior pace are a la carte on the residential visit. Oven interiors, windows, and linens are quoted on the call. Fragrance-free or a product you supply does not add cost.

  5. 05

    When you need us

Weekday visits inside our hours stay at the starting rate. Same-day, Sunday, holiday weeks, and Darien Lake Friday turnovers can run higher because the calendar is tighter.

  6. 06

    Where the house sits

Darien Center, the Town of Darien, Alden, Corfu, Pembroke, Alexander, Attica, and Batavia are inside the radius. Further out, or a house that is hard to access in snow, is quoted on the call.
